Furniture & Home Furnishings
All furniture, mattresses, décor, and other related home furnishing items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Replacements are available if the item arrives damaged.
We encourage customers to inspect merchandise upon delivery or pickup and ask any questions before completing their purchase.
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Blankets Sold Through eBuyCos
Blankets sold through eBuyCos are covered by the eBuyCos Return & Exchange Policy. Key highlights include:
- Items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or significantly different from the product description may qualify for replacement or refund.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship items throughout the United States. Furniture and other large items are available for delivery only within a 125-mile radius of our store.
Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 1 to 10 business days. Out-of-stock or special-order furniture may take up to 6 weeks. After placing your order, you will receive an email or call with more information about shipping or delivery.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can document the issue and arrange a replacement. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
