    When will my order be delivered?

    We ship items throughout the United States. Furniture and other large items are available for delivery only within a 125-mile radius of our store.

    Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 1 to 10 business days. Out-of-stock or special-order furniture may take up to 6 weeks. After placing your order, you will receive an email or call with more information about shipping or delivery.

    Can I return my product?


    All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only available if an item arrives damaged and you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?


    We work hard to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can document the issue and arrange a replacement. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
